A possible lair of Tiamat the dragon is shown at the end of The Box episode. It is a cavern with an enormous door and behind it is Tiamat, but it is not explained whether this is her lair or whether she was visiting the place for some reason. If it is her lair then possibly it a subterranean part of the Dragon's Graveyard.
