Venger has had his body destroyed six times in the cartoon but has somehow managed to resurrect himself, usually with a phantom version of himself rising from his apparent demise.
Venger and his sister, Karena, wage a spectacular battle against each other inside the Citadel Of Shadow but the besieged citadel cannot withstand their warfare and collapses. Karena crawls from the ruins relatively unharmed but Venger's body seems to have perished as a shadowy figure flees from the ruins and merges with a cloud, becoming blackened like a storm cloud.
